As Director of Experience Design my team developed the Design Strategy, Industrial Design (ID), Software Interface (UI/UX), Hardware Interaction, and Human Factors (HFE); working in close collaboration with the different business functions of the organization. Through management of the Customer Journey across all product lines the team ensures a positive and consistent experience that reinforces Desktop Metal’s position as a leader and innovator in Additive Manufacturing.
